Some meals from last 3 days. The 1st 2 are paleo, & the 3rd is vegan. I just wanted to spread the happiness of a satisfied belly (:
1. Breakfast was compliments of my amazing Mister. 2 egg omelet with bell peppers, kale, onions, tomato, basil and avocado.
2. For dinner that night I returned the favor. Sea bass en papillote with arugula/raspberry salad (recipe from Cordain’s Paleo diet book, but here’s a similar one).
Last night I made this kale & quinoa salad for a girl’s night in.
