Had a bout of gastroenteritis, & couldn’t get to the gym for 2 days. Today was also my 1st day at my new rotation so I didn’t want to completely overdo it. I did a brief, albeit intense workout.
Also, I figured out today that I can use the sports training center at my school (barbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, oh my!). This made my day :).
Worked on the erg for cardio, & backsquats with the barbell. Probably could have gone 15 to 20 lbs heavier, but I wanted to go for higher reps. Here’s what I did:
